Terms & Conditions

A contract will be deemed as active once a booking has been made. On arrival for your pet’s holiday you will be asked to complete a consent form with your contact details and your pet’s details, you will also be required to sign to show you agree to our terms and conditions. Failure to agree to sign our terms and conditions and show your rabbit’s up to date vaccination card will result in the cancellation of your booking.

 

All visits for viewing, arrivals and departures need to be made via appointments. If you cannot make your appointment time or you’re running late please let us know so we can make sure we are available when you arrive. 

 

We only accept rabbits with an up to date vaccination card which have been vaccinated against Myxomatosis/RHD1 and RHD2. Your rabbit will need to have had these at least two weeks before their stay with us. Their vaccination card will need to be shown on arrival. Rabbits must be vaccinated yearly against both Myxomatosis/RHD1 and RHD2 to be covered. There is currently no vaccinations required for guinea pigs and other small animals.

 

We reserve the right to refuse entry to any pet we believe to be not in good health. This is to protect other animals from catching a contagious condition we will not put animals at risk.

 

In the event that your pet shows signs of illness we will try to contact you immediately, however if no contact can be made and we need to take your pet to the vet the cost of this will need to be covered by you the owner. By signing the terms and conditions you agree to pay all your pets vet costs, these will need to be settled before your pet is released back into your care.

 

In the unlikely event that your pet passes away while in our care we will contact you immediately to discuss your wishes. You will still be liable for any vet fees incurred if this is the case. We accept no liability if your pet becomes ill or passes away.

 

All pets and belongings left such as carrycases are left entirely at the owners own risk. We cannot accept any responsibility for persons while visiting the premises.

 

At the present time there is no licensing required for the boarding of rabbits and small pets, it is your responsibility to establish that a boarding facility is suitable for your pet requirements prior to making a booking.

 

If you do not collect your pet on the agreed departure date without prior agreement from us then you will be charged for any extra days at the cost of £15.00 per night. If your pet is not collected within 10 days of the arranged departure date and we have been unable to contact you during this time we reserve the right to rehome your pet.

 

We will not accept responsibility for any pet becoming pregnant. At no time will any pets come into direct contact with any other animal other that those they have been boarding with by their owner.

 

You need to notify us of any cancellation as soon as possible before your pets holiday date is due.
